What's the inhand salary calculation for below 2 offers(after tax)

1. 34 LPA fixed pay ( both employer and employee PF included) 12% of Basic. Total 3.2 LPA in PF deduction.

2. 36.5 LPA fixed pay ( employee pf 12% of basic and employer PF is 1800 )

I got an offer from chubb Business Services with 10.5 LPA. My exp is 1.6 yrs and my current package is around 7 LPA at Infosys. Should I take this up ? How is it working for chubb ? Our firm is an LLP. We have NEP who receive K-1s instead of w-2 even though they have no ownership stake. Management claims NEP have to receive k-1s and can’t receive w-2 because the firm is an LLP. Are they right?
