Appeared for KPMG interview 45 days back. HR is intentionally delaying offer release. Done with 2nd round of interview in last week of July. My Lwd is in oct first week. She took documents on 23rd Aug and did salary discussion a week later. And giving shitty excuses like waiting for approval. Approver is on leave bla bla. Has anyone faced such issue with this company? I never expected such a shitty and worst recruitment process from a BIG4

Does anyone work for Omnicell as a Clinical Trainer? I’m in the interview process now and communication has not necessarily been that great with it being seemingly rushed then with gaps and then being passed to other recruiters who asked me the same question and act like I should be further along in the process then having to get back to me because they need to talk to somebody else. It appears very disorganized but not sure if this is just an HR issue or if there’s a reason

So I recently interviewed with Microsoft and told them about a competent offer when they asked. Now the HR is forcing me to share the complete offer letter instead of just the annexure so as to prove that the offer is actually mine. Can they do so? They are anyways offering me a lesser base salary but they say that they need it for the approvals. What do u suggest guys?

Hi all. Recently went through the interview process at Google for an L5 non tech strategy role. Made it to final on-site interviews, but just got the email from the recruiter saying they’re passing due to “other candidates that were a stronger match”. I asked the recruiter to have a quick chat to close the loop. Anyone have any experience with this? I genuinely want to know areas I could improve/ask for overall feedback but also keep the door open for a future Google attempt.

About 6 months ago I applied for a team lead role and didn't get it.
