How's the in office attendance calculated??

Saw few people recieving mails of low attendance last week.

My question is not if ID Card is used to track or not.

My question is from the entire quarter if i take leave for 2 weeks is that still included in the total number of workdays for me in the denominator for the in office presence % or not?
