HR called me today regarding salary, but before that asked about my education and work experience. Since I started working during my MCA 2nd year, they said my first experience will be excluded due to overlap. They will only consider my current company, which makes it 2 years 9 months. With a 2-month notice period, I won’t complete 3 years as per requirement. So, they mentioned this is not a confirmation and an exceptional approval will be needed for the 1-month gap. will they consider me ?
