HR people 1 question only: I was left out seemingly on purpose of the manager‘s evaluation this quarter. What reasons could this have and which breaches of conduct does this touch on? How can I defend myself as employee? It seems everyone else got this questionnaire. Do you recommend as the manager directly or to reach to HR? I mean those questionnaires go out in bulk mail, my name needs to be taken out manually if I haven’t received one or what do you think?

What is a normal comp package for Google level 6 Cloud partner services?

Currently scheduling “on sites” for a S&O role in CA. My referrer said they can hire as L5 or L6. Would like to land in the L6 bucket as I’ve heard 5 --> 6 is one of the more challenging promotions.

I’m looking for info on what the real difference is in responsibilities (manager vs IC, cross functional vs focused, etc) so I can focus on checking the L6 boxes during my interviews.

I’m also curious about whether this is something that I should just discuss with my recruiter directly?
