Hypothetically you work in a hospital that is small. That is run by a new CEO that has been poisoned by old school doctors that all they did and do was work. Not only that they were never employed by the hospital. Now they are. I am trained in one specialty and expected to cross into other specialties with no training. Their mind set is you’re a doctor you can do it all. I have seen some of these other doctors cross specialty handiwork and it is not good. Ethically I don’t want tot do it help?
