I booked a trip from NYC->Singapore with Krisflyer miles for next year. I need to change the reservation to be NYC->Bangkok but with a stop over in Singapore. I’m seeing that the dates are now blocked / waitlist only on the stopover route (bc the singapore flight is full) but I am the person on the NY->Singapore flight 🤦🏽‍♂️. Any ideas on how to make this change given it’s an entirely new route?

First year: how long without a full ramp up before I should worry? I’m sub-250 hours since I started (3.5 months) and the firm/group are both busy. Other first years in my group are mixed. Worried I’m missing the reps that first years are getting at other firms. Enjoying the freedom while I have it, but I’m still thinking this is odd. I took that as they must mean do you carry over anything because my exact balance changes every day and my credit score once a month so I said 0. They just pulled my credit report and well it's not 0 as it hasn't updated yet. Did I do anything wrong?
