I am a graphic designer based in Ahmedabad with 3+ years of experience. Right now I am working as a full time freelancer but I have gotten an opportunity in Navi Mumbai which I am interested in. I need to share my salary expectations and my flexibility of full time or part time. If someone can help me understand market for graphic designers in Mumbai, that would be great.

Recommendations for facilitator training for lawyers? More and more of my T&E practice is shifting to requests to facilitate family meetings on business succession, something I enjoy but have no formal training in. Would like to explore some training to add tools to my toolbox.

Question for ex-consulting (esp MBB) folks who landed up at Google - are you happy with the decision you took? Why / why not? I'm an MBB Consultant with an offer for a role in Strat Ops in another country. Also evaluating a similar role in a fast growing, publicly lister SaaS company closer to home - faster growth, more flex to work remotely. Want to understand if consulting folks are happy with Google overall, despite a potentially slower / more open ended growth path.

Has anyone taken up and completed any course from upGrad? Is it really beneficial in career growth? Do companies consider upGrad certification as legit?

Welp! Finally got the axe today too. I didn’t even get to talk to my manager. One of the execs I support told me he’s very sorry and I was great, etc etc, but it couldn’t be avoided. Whatever. I kind of never want to work again. I’m heartbroken.

Got a 30% salary bump, via an offer for Senior Consultant S&O from Deloitte. Currently underpaid at EY Advisory. I'm MBA and this year is my promotion year at EY for Manager. What to do? Get demoted and move to D? Or counter at EY? Even if EY matches my salary, and promote me to Manager, I will be an EY Manager with a Deloitte SC salary, and probably won't be able to go to D in the future. What do you think? I have built up a good relationship with my Partner and SMs at EY though.

PwC Senior Associate salary band (advisory)? Have masters and 3 YoE.

I have my annual review coming up and want to hear thoughts on what a reasonable raise expectation is. I report to the COO and currently make $94k + up to 10% annual bonus based on company hitting their revenue goal + I have 3000 stock options. I have 3 YOE in customer success but pivoted to a non technical program manager role at a series c tech startup last September. I have been getting consistently positive feedback at quarterly reviews. What raise should I aim for?
