JPMorgan Chase recently introduced a policy change to increase the notice period to 60 days. I'm a 602 and resigned recently and yet my LWD is showing up as 30 days from now. Anyone recently resigned can confirm if they are facing the same or new policy is in effect. This is causing confusion with the next companies I'm interviewing with.

I was receiving very similar lines. My understanding is it is vanilla enough language that it can’t possibly come back against them in any type of discriminate hiring practices matter. This is why many firms ghost candidates, so as to not provide any fodder.
The fact that you are making it to the final round is encouraging. I started working with a new recruiter after a few late-in-process rejections, fine-tuned a few small aspects and voila, multiple offers. Maybe it’s just a matter of a few tweaks.

When I was interviewing and there was a posted position, that was code for we good. If it’s not a posted position, it’s 50/50 that it’s we good or some firm politics.
These responses are giving me hope. I've given up interviewing for the time being because I was so tired of all the rejection without feedback. Maybe I just need a recruiter though, and to take things a little less personally.
I always assume that it's because they want to see what else it out there. I attend hiring committee meetings for my group and we always give offers to people we're really excited about.
