I’m sorry this happened, that must be really scary. Were the doors unlocked? Does anyone else have a key? Is your Ring normally offline or do you think the intruder disabled it?
That’s so scary!! Did the police come and inspect? Add hidden cameras immediately!
This is so scary. Where was your child/children?
How was the door opened? Or did they got from the window? Either way, I’d most definitely change locks, install more security etc. btw it may have been a squatting attempt .. also, dunno if it is legal or not, but you may consider getting a “be aware of dog” sign and put on your door .. may also consider an actual dog, that can protect you not a couch dog
Could be neighborhood children
I feel like adults would have atleast closed the doors on the way out
I'd definitely get better locks/security, that's for sure. Maybe some hidden cameras inside the house just to be safe for next time.
Who else knew your ring camera was off-line please don’t think nothing was stolen because all they had to go do is look at your paperwork.
Are your kids ok?
Scary. Make sure your house is not bugged, hidden camera, or listening devices.
Watch for identify theft. They won’t take your belongings. They will take photos of your info and confidential documents. Open credit cards in your name or worse. Same with car break ins.
