I am about to join another organisation as process in citi is bit slow.

In case I get offer in next couple of weeks or month, will citi wait for 2 months for me?

Which role and location?

Just making you aware that ppl were massively laid off here in citi in July. Ensure that you won't be put in same position, for next layoff.. by your team mates.
This is what has been happening in citi due to insecurities.

My last therapist keeps coming up in my mind. I left her when I moved to a new area before COVID dug in and frankly it felt like leaving a girlfriend. She also disclosed in the final session that she was a member of AA and knew several of the people I occasionally discussed from the rooms. Her knowledge of the program certainly built trust with me early on, but it has been two years. I discussed it with my current therapist but she’s still in there. Any advice?
