Feeling like my current B4 is not paying market price but could get that starting at a new firm. Just not sure if it’s worth learning all the admin stuff that comes with starting at a new company

I am having LTI offer letter but the joining date mentioned in that is incorrect. When I called HR to change the date she told me to first accept the offer letter and resign from the current company and give me the screenshot of your resignation mail. So I did as she told. But till now my joining date is not changed in the offer letter and HR is not replying to any email, call or sms. What should I do now?

Can someone share amount of hike and bonus received this year for 2 and 3 rating and with promotion?
I got 15 percent hike and 10 percent bonus

I had two rounds of discussion (more than a month ago) and the recruiter informed me that they’ll be scheduling the HR discussion and then be rolling out the offer.

It has been two weeks now and I haven’t heard from the recruiter nor has my HR discussion been scheduled.

The recruiter does not answer my calls or reply to e-mails.
