I am an architect working in a developer firm with 6.5 years of experience (3 years in an architectural firm, 3.5 years in a developer firm). My current salary is ₹4.8 LPA.

New to this platform, can someone help me with maximizing from this place.

I have been trying to get a job since 2021.went on maternity in 2020....was doing freelance meanwhile.
Now it's soo tough to get a job...i have been applying endlessly..people call take details and not get back.
Companies take round of interview .ask for pay slips ..bank statements and then stop picking calls..dnt reply to messages..
I dropped emails complaining the same..
.but again no reply ..god knows what is wrong with this field of architecture ..neither they wanna pay and not revert back
