I am C3 with 7+ years experience in BI - Power BI, Tableau and Microstrategy.

Do Mindtree Match CTC to retain resource who has got 50-60% hike on current CTC.

I just got confirmation on my Promotion. But i was planning to resign in a day or two. As i have offer in hand.

So any suggestions what to do in this case?

Should I resign or not ?
Should I tell them about the offer to get more on the current CTC ?
