I am an experienced candidate and got interviewed by infosys on Dec 01,2021 and its almost 2 week completion today as there has been no single trace of update (Dec 15,2021)

Does this mean that i am rejected?

I had interviewed for Cognizant and I was asked to submit my documents for offer letter release. This happened on the same day as my interview(Friday 6th May). I submitted my documents and I am trying to contact the HR who scheduled my interview, but she is not picking up my call. My question is how soon can I expect the offer letter to be released? And is there a possibility that they can reject my profile at this stage?

I'm trying to frame my answer to the leadership question. I once talked to my mom about how I was selected as CEO in a group project. It was because of my strong technical skills+connections(I already know 80% of the group)+activeness. My mom said that's exactly what she values in the professional setting. Can I answer the question in this way during interviews? I feel like it's not the common approach since this answer does not involve any specific actions, but could potentially stand out.

What is the best way to make sure your resume gets seen/gets into the right hands? I've been applying for remote positions and not been hearing anything back. I feel like because so many people are applying for these jobs, it's hard to make sure my resume gets into the right hands and gets seen. Anyone have any advice?

Today I got a call saying that from TCS and asked me, have you attended any interview I said yes and also said documents uploaded. In Goldman we have PATC ( per annum total comp ) which is nothing but base + “promised” bonus % + RSU.. how do you have total comp defined in JP ? the bonus also a % of base and almost agreed upon ? Example my bases is 200k and bonus is 25 % etc ?

Let's say Family consists of husband , wife and a kid . Split classes take away joy! We have 6-7 classes at each grade level and they split 1-2 into the remaining 5 so we can have a 5 day schedule. Big classes plus the classroom culture homeroom teachers work so hard to achieve are ruined. Advice? (Plus we are told to "not be negative" by admin.)
