I am currently evaluating an offer for the position of Director of Finance, FP&A in Bentonville. With 11 years of global experience in FP&A, I exceed the job requirement of a minimum of 7 years of experience. The posted salary range for this position is $110,000 to $220,000. Given my extensive background and expertise, I would appreciate guidance on how much I should request from Walmart for the following components:

Base Salary

Cash Bonus

Long-Term Bonus

If I wear you. My range would be 210k to 240k. You deserve it. Don’t leave any money on the table.

like

$185k base
30% target cash bonus
30% rsu grant 4 year vest every year

150k base at least

I’d say something like I’d like 200 but I’d settle for 185.

What did you end up getting?

Hey! Any Google folks know if it’s possible to negotiate fully remote if a contract role is hybrid? Personally, I don’t want to relocate and go to the office on a contract role given the current economy. Plus, I’m assuming contractors are the first to go in layoffs. I just think it’s a fair trade off if I’d be allowed to work fully remote. I’m also trying to have flexibility to manage my Airbnb business in a different country. Same time zone as the home office if I’d travel weeks at a time.

I’ve been approached my by company that one of our large clients (who im currently project managing for) is looking for a consultant of sorts, and if they hire us, I’d be the first person asked to take on this consultant role. This isn’t something my company typically offers and would greatly change the scope of my role. Has anyone ever taken on a role like this? If so, were you able to negotiate a percentage of the consulting fee? Or was it a bump in salary during the project?

I’m going to ask for a pay increase. What information should I supply when having the conversation.

I'm in the final round of interviews for two internal positions - both vertical. One has FTE's (my first such experience) and the other a much broader scope vs my current role

I had interviewed externally for a role on par w the internal roles, at a smaller and less established company. They confirmed +20% was in their range

How do I push back on my company if they offer less than that, if I do want one of those roles? Without a pay scale, what is the best way to approach?

Hi everybody.
Right now I’m working as a junior product engineer in Amsterdam. From januari on I’ll be a medior product engineer. And now I’m in the middle of negotiating about my salary increase. The salary that I’m being offered feels low (41.5k).
Is there an other product engineer that could tell me if my gut feeling is right or not? Thanks in advance!
