I am currently in Deloitte Usi (solution advisor) joined in June 2022 at 14fix ( 1.4 bonus and 75k jb) and now got an offer of 19 lpa (negotiation done waiting for offer letter) from HCL . Should I switch considering it’s been only 6 months in Deloitte and Deloitte brand is better? Thanks

I am offered 15L fixed in Accenture global strategy and consulting ACN which is very less considering I come from big 4 where I will be missing out my bonus if I join Accenture now.
Also they are offering level 11 (analyst)- Is is not correct to ask for Consultant designation ?

Currently working at Citi (C10). Would be completing 18months by Feb'23.
