So does this mean I shall not be eligible for appraisal on April 2026 as from May 2025 to April 2026 is 11 months not 12. How does wipro work on 1st year increment.
My second query is no Variable Pay. Is there percentage difference in variable pay for B3 and C1 as in tcs till C2 you get 100% variable pay but C3 onwards it's just 20-30% quarterly.
