I wanted to ask i got allocated to new project 4 months back and in new project i am not able to under stand anything neither any proper KT was provided. It is a complete client side project, and client is expecting huge work from me and i am not able to understand due to no kt provided. If i dont work in my last 30 days can manager take any action against me?

*Ohio* I stepped into a role as Software Engineer (.Net) with no experience at $70k. Six months ago I had brought up the fact I was being underpaid for the job I was doing with now 3 years of experience being the only Engineer on the team and my manager agreed giving me an increase to $90k. My manager is wanting to get me some help and posted a new role modeled after me (3 yrs exp) w/ salary between $88k-$126k. How should I approach my manager about it without looking incredibly greedy?
