I buy and sell based on asset prices. I sell covered calls when stocks are rallying, I don’t sell cash secured puts when stocks are rallying. The opposite occurs when stocks are falling.

I buy naked calls near areas of support and puts near areas of resistance.

Other times I see huge dip or huge rally and I enter a position 30-60 days out usually ITM, because it’s not likely I caught the bottom, I dollar cost average if it goes against me, and then I sell when I get my move.

I made over 75 trades today. 91 to be exact

Graduated in 2020, wanted to be a graphic designer, took a job at a startup in a social media role. The boss called me the "r" word for not handling entire 13-ish accounts roster well by myself. I quit. Found a role as social media specialist. Realized (again) that I hate social media. Moved to in-house mktg manager, only to be a glorified graphic designer / someone to call the city to cut down trees. I job hopped too much, I feel my portfolio is empty. How do I restart again? I feel like I am very naive and cannot read between the lines, so I can’t tell if someone is trying to fuck me over or not. This leads me to be extremely skeptical of others’ intentions, and makes me less confident that I can influence others, and in general really erodes my self-confidence. How do real estate lenders take cash flow into consideration? For example, typically I would probably only be approved for a $500k loan ($125k comp and $100k for down payment), but if I’m buying a multi-family home and planning to live in a unit and rent the others, will lenders approve a bigger loan?
