I am having 12 YOE in TCS. Tryong to switch since a year. Cleared all interview rounds of Capg.
Current CTC : 15.7 LPA. HR called and informed max they can offer 19 LPA. Isn't that too less?
They said they it is based on feedback given in their system.
Skills : Data center Network, Service Mgmt, Hybrid Cloud build, migration and Support

I am done with my client interview and it went well but they are asking me to come to gugaon location.
I am from Bangalore location.
I directly said to client that I can't since I have my family here.
When I inform this to my manager he is saying how come u say like this to client.according to kpmg policy u need to travel to anywhere to work.
This is not good right. What should be my reply to the client in such a case and how to handle manager on this?
