I am currently working in Revolut as Fincrime analyst and my ctc is 8.5lpa , I got an offer from Bank of America and they are offering 12lpa. Is it good to accept the offer ?

Asking for two of my friends. Age around 22. 1 has done B.Sc in Nursing. And the other has done B.Sc in Agriculture. Both have become hopeless into their respective fields after looking for job and not being able to fetch any better. They want to switch to IT. My question is can they do this if acquired sufficient skills! I mean irrespective of their background, will a company hire them as a intern or fresher? If it's possible, then kindly suggest.
