Hi Fishes,
I am currently working world's largest beer company. I have current CTC of 25 LPA and I am expecting hike of 10% at least within the company.
I got interviewed at Pepsi Co for Lead -2 position and have cleared all the rounds. How much can I expect, I have just asked 30% on current CTC.
Please do let me know as it will be very helpful. Do they provide relocation allowance, do i need to submit any documents for them. Also, do they offer any joining bonus?

Which company would you join?
I currently work in Sales with the intention of moving over to marketing in the near future. I received two offers for BDR/SDR roles from Sprout Social and Gong. Both salaries are around the same (Gong - base 63k + anticipated $25k in commission, Sprout - 55k base + anticipated $25k in commission).
I like both companies’ software and it extremely hard to decide which position will get me into marketing faster as it is not a traditional BDR path to take.
Help!
Hi all, recently a recruiter from Amazon reached out for an SDE 2(2+ years of exp. required) role and I'm a recent CS grad. I gave the OA (which was extremely difficult w/ 99% cut-off) and other tasks related to the OA. A few hours back, I got a call from the recruiter that I had cleared the assessment and tasks and said that they are looking for 2+ years of exp. I said I'm open to the SDE1 role and said she'll ask her colleagues. Idk what to expect now 😥 Amazon Amazon India

I moved in house for better work life benefits and haven't looked back.
I think it all depends on where you are in life and what you want to do. Anyone who blankety calls any job move a "kiss of death" has no clue what they are talking about.
Depends what you want from it. If you’re trying to leverage it into a true in-house legal position or a future return to a firm, it’s almost certainly a bad move. If you want to go in more of a business direction and are comfortable potentially never practicing law again, it could be a good way to pivot to a more business-oriented role/career.
I wouldn't. Not necessarily the kiss of death, but I would much rather go from in-house to a firm, not the other way around. You may find yourself stuck somewhere much less exciting, with a fair less amount of power.
I would never transition to an in-house role. Working at a firm provides far more flexibility than committing to a single company. I prefer to avoid the bureaucracy. Not sure why you'd consider leaving your firm but I recommend against it.

KOD bro. 💋☠️
I have, it was an excellent career move for me to a place that I see myself long-term and where both me and my work are valued and appreciated. I’ve since been promoted from my JD preferred role (which paid more than my old firm position plus better benefits) after less than two years to my current JD required position in the same office that came with an bigger raise than I ever had with a private firm.
