Depends on stage of life you are in.
1)If you are young and little no dependents then take the offer as this could transform your career unimaginably.
> you are getting an opportunity to enter at ground floor of something which could scale really high,so will ur career.
> Negative aspect is that if they fail to establish and wind up then you might regret joining them but even their failure will teach you what a big established firm can never teach.
> In any case you will have to work long hours but I am assuming that you are comfortable putting 80 hours a week for next few years.
2)If you have dependents and other family committments then do your due dillegence
i) How old is this company?Has it been thru difficult times like 2008/9, covid?How did they deal with that?
ii) Read about their CTO and try to find out what their true leadership style is.

The company setting up bases in India is offering good hike but situation looks a bit unstable. If you have visibility about their businesses outside india, expected growth, the profits they have been operating on and financial situation of the company, then you can make a call to leave EY GDS
