I am expecting a baby next month, its my 2nd baby but i didnt inform this to my HM,because m not planning to take maternity leave. I am a good performer in a team and always got an appreciation from client and my manager for my work. I had faced discrimination in my last company due to pregnancy and postpartum , i was forced to resign from my position when i joined back after maternity leave . I am really confused what to do !! Though m not taking leave still m not feeling good about it.

I expect to be asked at some point, but my research has given me a VERY broad range. So I’m here to do a bit more research. I’ve got 5 very relevant years of experience and will have an associate manager directly reporting to me.
