You should consult a psychiatrist. Fishes here are busy calculating in hand salary.
I can exactly understand what you are going through and it's very common, since you are stressed about giving interviews one after other. I have been there, and felt the same way. Just remember that it'll be over in just some days and also feel greatful about the current offer you have. If you don't want to give interviews that is also fine but remember once this is all over, you don't even remember how stressed you were, just try to calm down and try to figure out what exactly is draining you. Also if at all If you want to attend interviews, try to have one/two per day, and also don't give interviews for every company that connects with you, try to find out about the company first and only if you are willing to join, give interview.( this will definitely help you reduce the number of interviews)

You having 3.9LPA with 3 YOE itself is a big HOW? Because I got my recent increment at 2 YOE, taking my CTC to 4.22 LPA.
Other questions are - Are you unhappy with your offer? Are you unhappy with your technology? Are you unhappy with working at all?
Reply with exactly what your issue is, we'll try to help.
Depression is real , I too felt it at some point during early phase of my career when I felt people are earning more than I was and also my job roles are not something that I was happy to do .
To get out of it , I would suggest you to meditate , start fresh learn new things instead of chasing for money at last 15 days, read books , relax , watch movies do what you love .
Working for 12-13 hrs is not required at all.
Working in IT is like if you take unnecessary load people will keep giving you unnecessary work load .
Being workacholic is not good at the cost of your health .
If you are not feeling like giving interview, don't give. You anyways have a good offer for your YOE. I would say you should work on your mental health first and then maybe in a year or so (or early if feel good) you can again jump into the offer- counter offer game.
I'm in the same situation tbh. I have a similar offer in hand but I'm not too enthusiastic about the skill set. I'm getting interviews but I'm not as confident to crack it.
Compensation isn't my end goal right now it's getting the job in the kind of skill set I want to work.
I was also enthusiastic in the start but seeing rejection it's wavering my confidence. seeing people so confident on fishbowl about what they want, I feel like I need more guidance.
anyway basically trying to say I understand what you're going through. stay strong. don't give more than 1 interview a day.
also what tech stack?
@tech lead 1 : Thank you so much for your kind words. Needed to hear that!
I have been through this phase and I tell you learning the hard way that your mental health must always take first priority. Please visit a psychiatrist and tell him the situation, don't try to overthink analysing the root cause. It's a chicken egg problem, break it by taking a break.
Join the company if it is good. Offer is definitely good. If you don't feeling like working in new company you can leave any time
Same situation with me as well. My current CTC is 3.9 in TCS and experience 3 year but No one is ready to give 9 LPA. As they said that you are asking 100%hike. So what should I do in case? Also I have applied in many mncs companies through career portal but not responding from their side yet. If anyone can suggest me. Please do. Thank You.
