I am having 3 yoe and got an offer from Barclays company with 25LPA. I still have 45 days of notice and want to explore some more companies. But dont know where can i get better offer than this because naukari calls which i am getting cant give that much offer. Pls guide.

I have friends that have back office positions but never received an offer letter & their company still doesn’t use them now. Has anyone given notice & started a new position without an offer letter? Do international companies provide something else in lieu of a formal offer letter? I know offer letters aren’t legally binding anyhow, but seems they’d provide something. (International = Canada)

I got an offer from Deloitte India and KPMG Global Services into deal advisory role. The salary difference is not very much but I'm confused now which one to join.
In both the companies I have to work with international clients.

After being a consultant for 6 years I now know that partners are basically salesmen who have litte value to offer. Whole business is based on making clients believe they need outside help.
