I am in TC, thinking of moving laterally to Deloitte. What is the salary range for M? what is TC? 3rd party recruiter reached to with 225K base, recruiter from Deloitte said 200K base. I have all desired credentials plus more. Thoughts on comp please, thank you.

200k is more realistic for lateral and more than existing manager

Years of experience? Specialty? It varies...

like

10+

Not knowing your specific credentials 200k is a great base for M

It's a wide range since M can be a homegrown person who early promoted twice & got there in 6 years from UG or it could be experienced folks with 10+ yoe and adv degrees

Base average would be 185k in commercial and a 20-30k bonus probably safe to factor in -- but will depend on your personal/ your offerings performance

like

It’s easier to get better ratings at C/SC than M. So you can be getting 30k as SC and also 30k as M.

I am at 200 base now.. CPA also to add the flavor

Any recommendations on anything apart from coinbase to buy BTC in usd? I am unable to find any platform using it. Please let me know if you guys are aware of any cheaper alternative. Want to try altcoins but looks most need BTC which in the end can only buy on coinbase. It takes higher fees and time for buying.

I feel like I've been lowballed, can someone explain the below breakdown please?

Base salary: 60k
Quarterly quota (per quarter): 107k
Quarterly bonus (per annum): 23k
130% Annual bonus = 11.5k
"23% commission on quota minus base": 37k (don't understand this)
"Proposed 23% commission on 150% quota minus base": 86.5k
Sales commission threshold per month: 22k
OTE: 122k
Cost/Sales: 28%

That base salary is lower than my previous base by a significant amount by 32.7%

I fear the unknown. I’ve always wanted to live abroad (somewhere in europe) for at least a year in my life, but then I start to think about the process and the changes I’ll need to make and chicken out.

I also like the feeling of being secure and uprooting myself will mean not having that (at least for a while)

Has anyone been through this? Any advice? I don’t want to end up regretting not following through.

Interviewed for Deloitte S&A Tech Strategy SC and got a verbal offer for Consultant instead. I negotiated the offer to 120K salary and 10K signing bonus. I’m a boomerang with 4 years ERP consulting but this past year I’ve been doing DEI Consulting. Spoke with former colleagues who rejoined Deloitte and got a much higher offer for SC. How do I go back to the recruiter to negotiate further? I suggested that I’d probably sign but need time to think. Now I’d like to go back and request 140k salary.
