I am looking to buy a 2 bhk in Hyderabad at 40 lakhs. I am okay with second hand also. I am from Andhra Pradesh and hence don't want to settle in Hyderabad. But the issue is there are no it companies in AP and will have to work for a few years based out of Hyderabad.

Hence not looking for long term investment but more of short term.

The issues I have seen are they are either very very far away from Hitech City or Gachibowli and then the water issue.

I would like to hear your opinions.

I have my Apple Watch automatically sync with the app that tracks our activities and it works great. Problem is I started using NRC (Nike run Club) app for runs and it interferes with the Workout app on my Apple Watch and it doesn’t get tracked. A company has made an offer and I wanted to understand if i'm being made a fool.

The monthly compensation is 1,37,500 (16,50,000 yearly) and Variable component (Bonus) is 1,50,000.

However in the offer it says "You shall be paid an annual compensation of Rs. 16,50,000/- per annum Cost to Company."

Which to me sounds like it doesn't consider 1,50,000 to be a part of CTC which is suspicious to me.

How should I deal with this?
