I started meditating at bedtime a few nights ago and every time I fall asleep then wake up with my AirPods in the next morning. 😂
I use headspace. They have a sleep guided meditation. Most of the time the app sends me to slumber land and checking my sleep score on my fenix watch I get a better score every time, and feel more refreshed. They also have a walking meditation too which is great for going for a hike

I prefer to meditate lying down, at least for my nightly meditation. Nothing wrong with it at all. For my morning meditation I prefer to sit though or sometimes stand if it’s a more active meditation.
