I am looking to kickstart my clinical career at medpace as a project coordinator, clinical trial assistant or CRC. I noticed 20+ entry level roles opened this past week (applied to all, plus a few intern roles as well). Coming from 2 years of bench experience, I can't think of a better place to start. Just secured a legit ft new grad tech role starting in july not big tech. Should I keep applying all these highly leveraged companies are rescinding offers so im worried about mine even though its a stable company.

Made the pivot from Big 4 to Bain and frankly underwhelmed. Seems like Bains Ops capabilities / general knowledge resources / white papers are lagging the industry quite a bit. Miles behind BCG / McKinsey as well. Literally only good for PE and nothing else.

I have accepted EY IN Offer.
Now I am getting calls from EY GDS for interviews.

I am not sure if u should attend the interview or not at GDS.
When I shared this scenario with my EY IN HR, she said please don't attend it may create conflict and you may also get blacklisted.

EY GDS HR is like, you can attend the interview, there's no problem at all. We don't have such a policy. Please suggest what decision I should make.
