What prompted you to do a complete community overhaul? Did it pay off?

I overhauled my community because I felt it was outdated and didn't reflect my brand's personality. It was definitely worth it, the new community is much more engaging and reflective of my brand.

We overhauled our community to provide a better experience for our members. We wanted to make it easier to find and connect with other members, as well as create a more engaging and welcoming environment. The overhaul definitely paid off, as we saw an increase in engagement and a more positive overall tone in the community.

CW salary at FB/Meta within the Creative X group? I keep seeing posts for copywriter positions that require 6 years of experience so I’m assuming even though they call it copywriter it’s more in line with senior / ACD agency salary.
