Now what my manager has done: he accidentally the day when I resigned as my LWD ..now i dont have any access to ibm mail or portal. moreover he asked me to pay to the company in order to get early release. Hi Folks, I have an offer from IBM. They told me that variable component is not written in CTC breakup but you will get some amount each year

Offer letter mentioned recovery of joining bonus if separation before 1 year. If i resign now ,my lwd is beyond 1year since I joined 10 months back. Which date will be considered here? Day of separation filing or actual lwd .
Also Can one can revoke separation at a later stage?

So I joined IBM 5 months back, was on bench for this long and got project just a week back.

My PSP and People Manager have been kind of lenient, cooperative and kind to me because I was never told I will be put in PIP, I have to enter project not matching my skillset etc etc.

Is it wise to appreciate both of them via blue points for their support?

I just got a mail saying I have 200 bluepoints to send out appreciations if I feel like.

Before how many should I inform the onboarding HR if I want to postpone the joining date from Friday to next Monday ( from 26th Aug to 29th Aug )
Is it an easy process or can also be declined ?
