I am really confused i got my joining date after clearing hr round in legato but as per the joining date and mentioned notice period i have to receive offer letter by today but i haven't received what does it mean,can anyone help if i got rected then they can mention it but neither am getting offer letter nor am getting any reject mail what should i assume in this case?

I’m new on the job search and still employed. I’m looking to grow further in the logistics industry. While I look for work, it’s a bit discouraging seeing how hundreds of people apply for positions I see on LinkedIn. I still apply because you never know and AI plays a huge effect in selections. Should I even bother applying when there are more than 100 applications?

Thoughts on leaving PA primarily due to the metrics based culture (utilization, dtc, use of X digital tool, revenue, margin, etc). I find this aspect of PA stressful and exhausting but not sure if this is something you just get used to. Currently a manager and seems like the metrics just change over time / don’t get easier.
