I am recently done my certification in FICO. My prior work experience is at PwC in US Taxation domain.
Need some advice on the following points :
1. My FICO certification is from an institute in Hyderabad. Does it hold any value or should I consider doing Global Certification? Does MNC take fresher without Global Certification from off-campus?
2. Should I try for 1-2 years experienced roles in FICO as I have work exp. at PwC (although in a diff. role). Or should I only apply for fresher'e role?

I heard that Senior Staff in mid-tier would most likely be hired as an “Experienced Hire” in Big 4. So would it be smarter to make the move now as a first year staff since I’ll be considered Experienced Hire anyway?
