Hoping to get in touch with #Peraton recruiter! I have about 9 months left in Air Force where I work in cyber defense and vulnerability management, have a BA in cybersecurity, sitting for CISSP and have lots of certs. Would love to chat with someone about opportunities. Hold a clearance and could technically start in 7 months. Any help is appreciated!! Thank you.

Additional Posts in Risk Assurance
Hello - hope everyone is having a great weekend. I'm looking into risk assurance opportunities at Meta, especially Application Manager, Controls (min 5 YOE) and Manager, Compliance (min 12 YOE). I am a Senior Manager with 9 years of IT risks assurance experience. Does anyone have any thought on which position I should apply? If anyone currently at Meta could share your experience, that would also help. If anyone is open to providing referrals, I could provide my background. Facebook (Meta)

I suggest waiting till after you get at least 1 yr under your belt. IMO, it’s not a good look to jump ship before you’ve given it a chance. I personally wait a year at every job to give it a chance
I would stick it out and leave after you get promoted to senior
I agree with the other commenter so far, try and get a year's experience under your belt. To recruiters it looks so much better to not job hop in under a year, its just more difficult to explain.
Pay difference won’t be huge. If you stick it out to senior at your current firm you run the risk of having to start from scratch as a staff at Big 4
Honestly it just depends on the opportunities that come up. If you're only interested in Big 4, you will likely need to be leaving as a senior to even have a chance as coming in as experienced associate or senior. I actually left a non-PA firm (think like Protiviti) before hitting senior and came in as a senior at a mid market firm (think BDO, RSM, etc) and got a 23k salary increase in the process.
Bear in mind, it's all about need and who you know. If you have a connection with someone at a firm you want, have relevant project experience, and can argue well, anything can happen. But realistically, the more years under your belt the better to make the jump to big 4.
Hey man if ure interested in applying i would go for it, hit me up for a referral link if you want!
