Is Tcs onboarding started in person? My onboarding manager asked me to report to noida for onboarding ,whereas I have asked for gurgaon location and work location on Ibegin also shows Gurgaon. Did she asked for Noida just for onboarding process or the work location will also change to Noida ?

My evenings and often the weekends are all absorbed by work duties. Working part-time would allow me to find a better balance, and carve out space for side gigs and eventually start my own firm. It is so expensive to live here, I am struggling to make things work. Is this a normal salary for someone of my experience or should I ask for a raise?
