I am trying to grow in my career. I have over 20 years of customer service experience including 10yrs of banking. Im interested in transitioning into the Customer Success side of things. It seems like AI filters out my resume before a human even sees it. Is it just me?

Is there a significant difference in total comp potential between ops and investments roles?
