I am working at a private practice and am the only office employee, the “Manager” who is never in the office has become intolerable. Micromanaging me, someone who has been a loyal employee for 1 year (longer than any other past employees), and belittling the workload I take on. I am in search of a new job due to pay being $17/hr. It’s only enough to cover bills each month and when addressed the compensation does not reflect the workload, I get no response. I’m absolutely over it.
