I applied for a senior manager role at a company, passed the screening call, and have round 1 coming up. Just a day after screening call, I saw an opening for Director role in the same team.

What's the best way to say that my experience matches with Director role requirements and that I'd like to be considered for both positions? Who should I talk to - HR or hiring manager at the end of first interview?
