Few days back I had cleared 2 technical and one managerial round in JPMC. But not yet received any update from HR yet. Can someone please let me know how long will they take to contact after completing 3 rounds? And any idea how long will they take to schedule HR Round?

It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me. I am looking forward to HR round for Macquarie Gurugram. All rounds went well except for numerical reasoning section in psychometric test. My yoe is exactly 8 years. My current CTC is 16.2 and expecting raise in current company in 2-3 months.

Q1- What is the maximum I can demand in Macquarie in HR round? Initially, before interviews started, I mentioned 27LPA (negotiable). I have a past offer (not current) of 25.5 LPA.

Applied for a position in Johnson and Johnson Canada. Reached the final round 3 weeks back. After not getting any updates I emailed the HR a couple of weeks back. They responded back telling me that they’ll have an update for me the next week. Again I emailed them on Thursday asking if they have anything for me before the long weekend ( Good Friday & Easter).
