I applied for multiple roles at McKinsey (Business Analyst, Associate, Junior Associate), and completed the Solve assessment on Feb 11. Today, I received a rejection email (in Spanish), but my job portal shows Business Analyst and Associate (Feb 16) as "Submitted", while the other applications are marked "Closed."

I had selected U.S. locations as my top preferences but don’t have U.S. work authorization. Could this have led to my rejection, even if my resume and Solve performance were strong?

Usually anonymity on the internet brings out the absolute worst in ppl; they type things anonymously that they would NEVER say in person smh. But I really haven’t seen horrible comments here.
