He went from waking up multiple times during night and taking only 30 minute naps 3 times during day (most cases nursed to sleep or rocked to sleep or took a drive) to sleeping 12 hours at night without interruption and two 2 hour naps and one 45 minutes nap during day. Hi fishes. I need one advice.

I was offered a role at a firm, but they put in on hold with no info on the date. There was no joining letter given, just verbal confirmation.
In the mean time, i got another offer and they wanted immediate joining. The HR was not willing to negotiate the date at all, so i onboarded. It has been 2 weeks.
The 1st firm has now confirmed the role & it's much better pay and role wise.
Is leaving it justified with what good reason can be given to move ?

I think all accentute team gone mad or atleast my contact person. Its my first switch and with small luck i got my fitst offer from accenture with 49% hike whick is not fine by me but had to accept it as i was not getting any call then. After putting my papers i got 3 more offers similar pay.last week my accen hr discussed with me that she will revise offer and i said i will need time as she was offering me less fixed and more JB . Now she release offer with less that what mentioned in call.

Used company laptop.
I was thinking about buying a laptop. My cousin works at Amazon and she mentioned she could get me a MAC for really discounted prices. There are refurbished company laptops.
