If he resigns on 13th Dec 2021 it is coming as 45 days as LWD as 27th Jan 22.
But as per company policy it is written as 90 days of notice. No Buyout is mentioned in the appointment letter. But he decided to resign and trying to convince his Reporting Manager and HR stating medical backgrounds of father. Plz help how to get release without any harassment.
