I cleared all the rounds and HR offered me 22 CTC yesterday. I asked for 25 as I already had a 23 CTC offer. She asked me to share resignation mail and 23 CTC offer letter. Today I got mail for document submission including UAN card EPFO all possible documents. Does this mean they will offer 25? She never agreed to it on call just asked for resignation mail & other offer. And how many days after document submission, they release offer letter?

Does IT companies fake job roles like they show development role while attending interview but after joining they give support.Why they don't hire separately for support?Is this because nobody wants to work in support they make job description attractive to make employees join?
