I completed from a Tier 1 MBA college. Got a PPO back in june last year from a global consulting firm, didn't sit in final placements because of this PPO where I definitely would've gotten a good firm.
Now, that company has revoked my offer at the last moment when I was expecting a joining date. College placement cell is also not helpful.
I am sitting unemployed now, applied to so many firms but have gotten no reply yet.
I'm just having all the worst thoughts possible at this point.

I’m a fifth year associate who is ready to get out of litigation (and private practice altogether). I’ve only ever done professional malpractice (legal, med mal, etc) and feel like those skills will not transfer as well if I had done transactional work. He literally mentioned that he will file a case against him in HR and that person will not get his reliving letter. I am not aware about any policy regarding this in any company.
