CTC wise Deloitte is offering only a bit more than Accenture in terms of fixed. But PwC India is quite less than Accenture.

I am currently drawing 12.1 LPA form Accenture with 6 yr exp - 10Lakhs is fixed and rest is variable pay which they never pay. When I see on Quora & Linkedin people are getting 40LPA with same experience in other product companies. What to discus? How much to ask without risking the job offer?

Wondering if anyone can provide rough comp estimates (base + bonus) for corp dev roles at the senior analyst / manager level in a HCOL city). My background is Manager with 6 YoE in B4 across FDD, turnaround / restructuring, and valuation.

Considering joining a small 50-person company as the only attorney (prior attorney is retiring). (I am currently in-house at a F50). For others who have done the same path, what surprises did you have when moving from a large company to a small one?

For example, it sounds like I should not expect a document management system, based on a prior post in this bowl. I’m guessing expenses like state bar fees and cell phone are not reimbursed.

- Corp Dev analyst role for a listed niche gambling company

The tech job pays 15k more, but from what I can see will be a cluster and super long hours (has EU stakeholders). Maybe a pipe dream, but I want to have a "somewhat" decent wlb while still growing my career toward strategy and finance.

Hi Fishes, I'm in a huge dilemma now. Im currently working with TCS and my CCTC is 10.29 LPA and I hold 2 offers, one with with Bank of America for 17.5 LPA Fixed and with CTS for 19 LPA.
My last date is Dec-30 and I received a call today from TCS HR for retaining me for 16 LPA max.
Earlier,before the call I had Bank of america in mind ahead of CTS for its work culture ,hike %, job security and other benefits. But here in TCS also I have very good role, job security and comfort.Please suggest!!

How is my tax calculated, will IBM ask for my prev. comp Form16? (or my ctc is prorated for Dec,Jan,Feb,Mar)

Don't you think that this latest trend of diversity and all where corporates are trying to paint themselves as inclusive by hiring people from different diversities just for the sake of it is leading to a lot of identity politics where deserving people are snatched off of some opportunities just because they don't fit in to that criteria of diversity. I don't have any problems working with a diverse team but I do have a problem with meritorious people being denied an opportunity because of this
