I heard multiple switch will impact resume.
If you are switching for 30-40% that too every year then you are making mistakes. The goal should polishing yourself and increasing your value. Take jumps like 80-100%+ that is more sensible and mature.
It was good 15 to 23 I don't want to switch also.please suggest

Tell me one thing, why do you want to switch? For a better hike or just because everyone is switching. When you are getting good pay, then there's no point of switching. Remember one thing the one who is paid heavily will be the one who will be layed off first.
