I don’t know if it’s just me, but I’ve noticed people in similar roles earning vastly different salaries across companies. One of my friends works in IT as an admin and makes great money, while another with the same title in retail earns just above minimum wage. I guess it depends on the industry and its revenue, but it still feels insane.

What do you think causes such big pay gaps for the same positions?

Is there a way to identify duplicate URLs within labeled hyperlinks on multiple columns/rows/cells?

I was thinking conditional format, but it’s identifying duplicate labels. I have over 80,000 cells, so extracting URLs manually isn’t going to work for me.

I’ve been working for a small investment firm for about a year and am having some issues with my boss. We have a weekly check-in but he’s ALWAYS 2-3 hours late, or skips the meeting altogether without warning. He also never replies to any of the emails I send. I already spoke with him about these issues, but things haven’t really changed. I really like the work I do but I’m starting to feel frustrated about the situation. Any advice? I figure if anyone can understand this, it’s you all. I feel like I’m losing my damn mind. I have always loved communications, and I’m really good at it. But lately I’m so tired of politics and toxicity that I it’s sent me into a depression tailspin, on top of a pretty severe mid-life crisis.
