That can definitely be a burnout thing. I also found that when it was pretty sedentary and not very active, I was tired but could never sleep. Once I started going to the gym more often, my sleep got a lot better.
Same. Try to practice simple stress relief- for me cooking or taking a brisk walk at lunch or when I left the office
I've gone through periods of not being able to fall asleep, it's like all the anxiety of the day suddenly hits me. What's almost worse is that I'll wake up two hours or so before my usual wake up time and I won't be able to get back to sleep. There are days where I feel like I've only gotten a few hours sleep. I try to put my worries out of my mind, but of course that's easier said than done.
It absolutely does! It’s been happening the past couple of months and I truly believe it’s burnout. I love what I do but it’s just not feeling the way it used to feel!!
