48 and have been in agency new biz for nearly twenty years. You can make a fabulous career out of it.

I just moved into director role after a career in Production. I am 31 and excited to see what this move can bring me career wise. I am already remarkably happier and have better relationships with creative and tech leadership overall. It’s nice talking to optimistic folks with money before anything crazy has occurred. :) I am curious to know what has left you disenchanted as DS&PM 1 mentioned I feel valued within the company and excited by prospects.
I'm approaching 38 and wonder the same as you, OP. I don't think I want to be doing this forever.
